Buying On-line:

Buying On-line allows our customers to purchase products from anywhere within Australia.

Delivery fees are additional to advertised prices.

Please include your delivery destination and post code with your enquiry.

We’ll calculate any additional postage/freight charge to your location.

International customers should e-mail to ensure goods can be sent to their country.

There may be restrictions or exclusions on goods shipped by International Mail.

Additionally, GST (Goods and Services Tax) is not payable by international customers.

We use Australia Post as our preferred carrier unless goods exceed or are excluded from their postal criteria.

All Australia Post deliveries within Australia include insurance for your extra piece of mind.

Bulky (over 105cm long) or dangerous goods can only be freighted or couriered by select transport companies.

Freighted or couriered goods are covered by limited insurance as per carrier’s terms and conditions.

Firearms shall only be freighted to a nominated Licensed Firearms Dealer in your location, within Australia.

All on-line firearms sales are conditional and subject to customers supplying the necessary documentation.

We’ll reply to your inquiry with a valid no obligation quotation including the shipping fee to your location.

All quotations are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.

Each quotation has a Unique Identifier which must be quoted when using Paymate.

Paying On-line:

Once you have obtained a written quotation you can pay on-line by clicking on the 'Paymate Express' logo and simply complete Paymate’s reference/order number with your Unique Identifier. Enter your email address and credit card details (Visa or MasterCard) together with the payment amount in Australian Dollars. Finally, check details of the payment before you click 'make payment' button.

Paymate should only ever be used to pay for quotations with an Acme Firearms issued Unique Identifier. Payments accepted by Paymate without a valid Unique Identifier shall not constitute a bidding agreement for Acme Firearms to supply requested goods.

Acme Firearms ships goods on receipt of payment from Paymate, usually within 1-2 business days. We e-mail you on the same morning we ship your goods.

Paymate is a secure, accurate and reliable Internet payment service available to individuals, businesses and other organisations.

You can use Paymate to make secure payments to any registered Paymate client, without divulging your personal or financial details to them. You can use a credit card to make a payment from any of 37 countries, in either Australian Dollars or US Dollars. You do NOT need to be registered with Paymate to make an Express Payment via credit card.
